It was a dark and stormy night. Traffic was a mess. It was classic Seattle weather, making Ballard feel just that much farther away. Despite the chaotic nature of our climate and poor transit system, we want to say “Thank You!” to all who braved the elements to attend our Girl Power Hour on November 15th!
We had a great turn out with a few familiar faces and whole lot of new ones. We gave away loads of prizes. We engaged in good conversation and a few pomegranite cosmos. All was right with the world. Well, for a few hours anyway…
One last Thank You to all who helped make Girl Power Hour the success that it was! Thank You to all who donated Door Prizes and Goodie Bag Swag. And an extra big Thank You to the Shilshole Bay Beach Club for being so accommodating and just plain wonderful. You Rock!!
On that note, we’re working hard to bring you better events in 2008 where you can connect, network, meet new friends and find valuable information and resources. If there is something you think we are missing, we would love to hear your feedback. Our ears are open!
